Err... what?
Whenever I go on Scratch, starting at 5 PM mountain time, about half the time Scratch has server difficulties. What is happening?

i was just going to make a topic about how around 8pm Eastern standard the server has a lot of difficulties!

I just had one. It's a common occurrence to me. Reloading fixes it 95% of the time though.

The server sometimes gets busy and you can't get on the website.
