is it ok to post a comment that contains a kidzbop.com link, because i am sending my fan art to my scratch friend.

A comment or a post? Check the website and make sure that it is fine by the community guidelines, however, in the forums, currently you can only post text-based links to URL's other than scratch.mit.edu.
Who would win, SOPA or PIPA?

I believe that new Scratchers cannot link off of scratch.mit.edu at all, but Scratchers can post links in any form to any place (as long as it fits the guidelines).

That was what I was trying to say. I just noticed that we first went on the forums 1 month and 1 day apart.
