Heeelp....!

Hello eveybodyy,
I want to make a game. And I want, in the begining, to make a table that the players will write their name, their last name etc.
For example:

                    Name: .......................
                    Last name:..................

etc

Wich code I have to use?

when gf clicked
ask [What's your name?] and wait
set [name v] to (answer)
ask [What's your last name?] and wait
set [last name v] to (answer)

Try putting that script in the stage. Nothing says anything.

Sensible text boxes are too hard to make.
