If you want some more info on Scratch 2.0 high score lists, take a look at this 
"Don't insult someone until you've walked a mile in their shoes. That way, if they don't like what you have to say, you'll be a mile away and still have their shoes

You can't do cloud without modding, so as of now, it won't work.
