and grass, i won't hold a grudge for banning rab or making me quit if you do a better job enforcing the rules then nerve

So, when grass killed me he took the 10 dia blocks, and I asked for em back, saying I was in /vanish and it wasn't a legit kill as I was on mod buisness, however he said no it was legit and it's my problem etc etc.
My only option was to do /tp grasslander then do /kill grasslander.
By doing this I got the dia blocks back, I didn't have time to wait, because he would have crafted them into armor and it would have been too much hecticness. Everybody is bending the story, but this is what happened. Check the logs, please. I am in the right and grass is in the wrong here.

you realize that grass was calling YOU an xrayer, not saying he xrays

Highlighted all the things that are wrong.

1. I yelled that after I died.

2. a. Last night when I called you an xrayer you didn't look into anything and jut correctly assumed I was referencing you.
b. Without telling me.

3. You were standing a few blocks away looking at me.

The logs are too small of a file and cannot be reffered to. That data was already overwritten.

What do you expect him to do, ignore everything rev said?

Rabsy has numerous times given evidence that he might use hacks/abuse mod powers.
When slain by Grassy while using /vanish, I have a strong feeling he was trying to find and kill Grass. He explained away his using /vanish with "I was looking for something"

Looking for X-ray tunnels does not give you immunity, if people see you, they'll still kill you. You said nothing about mod business until after your death. Which makes it possible that that was just an excuse to get your diamonds back.

Earlier that day, when he discovered that ten diamond blocks had gone missing, he found enough diamonds to replace them exactly, in under eight minutes. Even though he has a fortune pick, that doesn't get you an extra 9 diamonds per diamond ore.

Not exactly everything he's worked for if it only took him 5-8 minutes to get...

Since I joined the server, I've seen two people die by Rabbit's hand, then yell, "HEY, THATS X-RAY, ITS NOT POSSIBLE TO SEE MY BASE!" which leads me to believe Rabsy runs around the surface, using an X-Ray mod, and killing people in underground bases.

He had a history on Scratchia of using Zombe's Modpack, which was against the rules.

He's also said stuff like "Nodus, why so slow?" (Nodus is a hacked Minecraft client that allows for tons of cheats) When I asked him if he was using client hacks, he said,
"I was just joking"


Also, have you seen the NewOrder player list? Why does it have players like "He Who Is Cheap" and other "He Who Is..." peeps?

Mostly, I think Rabsy shouldn't have mod. Using /kill and teleporting to someone...
No matter what reasons he has, it could have been worked out better. If Grass had made armor out of those diamonds, just take it away when it gets straightened out, throw it into lava, then /give the diamond blocks back.

If I'm remembering any of this false, tell me.

Uh, but PvP is fun. So what if you don't like PvP wars? The people playing on this server do.

PvP wars are fine, but when there's a pointless flame war over some dude who may or may not use mods that aren't allowed or a "gang-up-on-one-faction" thing it's kind of tiring. :I Also this server has the potential to be a great non-PvP server since there aren't many really active ones on Scratch right now.

The Nodus mention was obviously joking and diffently no real court case, we are justing posting opionins and facts right now.
