Er, cutting to the point, why was he banned? Apparently it was 'cause of a picture of Chez and Kaotheroogoncreator that looked fine. And I know he called moderators mother f***** after that, but why DID he get banned?

In general, we only block users who post things that fall outside of the guidelines set out in the Scratch Terms of Use. I'm afraid I can't be more specific than that, because we only discuss issues like this with the account owner.
Whenever a user is blocked, we hope they will contact us to talk about it. That's why the page blocked users see has a form that allows them to contact the Scratch Team. Once we feel confident the account will be used in a respectful way, we're happy to unblock it.
