It's some version of him from Hetaoni. Everyone calls him Steve for some reason. He looks more like a "Roger after way too many drugs" to me.

The original Ao Oni is pretty creepy too. But hilarious at the same time. I have no idea why, but it reminds me of Brock Obama. AGAIN, NO IDEA WHY. lol

Also, YMMV, but the Sparta Southside Remix. At about 1:30 of the remix, there is suddenly a chilling chorus that sounds like something straight out of a maufunctioning Disney/carnival ride if it were made techno-ish. Scared the heck out of me when I first heard it, but I LOVE it now.
