An Itopic is a topic decided to be useful, but not stickied to save space. Only moderators can sticky or move topics. They have special buttons at the bottom of their pages

Stickies are threads that mods have 'stuck' to the top of a forum page so that they can't be bumped down by other threads. Itopics were created to deal with excesses of stickies, so rather than having a bunch of stickies they created one that had links to the others.

You can make a topic which you think should be an iTopic and then request it to be turned into an official iTopic though, but there's no guarantee it will be
