Squeak Help

I have recently been trying to try other programming languages, and I really want to try squeak. I am just a beginner and have trouble finding helpful things for it. I need to know from the start what to do. I'm too confused by lots of tutorials, but they're still good, but I think I need help from scratch.

1. When I download it I am a bit confused because there are a bunch of different files and things, and I don't know how to actually open up squeak.
2. How do I figure out how to do the coding? I know what coding is, but I need some help with learning the different codes.
3. On a scale of 1-10 how easy do you think squeak is to learn? Because I really want to try it out.

I have worked with Greenfoot and Stencyl and Scratch before, so i do I know some programming. You don't new to answer all (or even any) of the questions. Im just looking of some help.

With squeak I plan to create a simple programming language sort of based off of Scratch, but just to start I would only have some blocks (or what I use instead). Oh, and Im curious how Scratchblocks are programmed to fit sizes of the booleans and operators. Thanks for your help!
Oh, and I prefer help without links, but I'm fine with them. Thanks again!

Re: Squeak Help

I don't think Squeak would be the best place to start learning programming. And making your own programming language for your first program sounds disastrous.
