Whenever I post a message with a smiley only, even if it's on-topic, then it always messes up! Like:

Code:

:P

turns into:

Code:

:p

And:

Code:

:D

turns into:

Code:

:d

That's because the "All caps message" option is turned off. If the entire message/subject is capitalized, it will change it so only the first letter of each word is capitalized.

That's because the last part isn't all caps. Everything has to be all caps for the filter to be triggered.

This is because all caps posts are Put Into This Format automatically and the ":" counts as the first letter.
