I remember that twice this week, I had deleted two of three of my messages and Scratch said that I had none left. Maybe we're experiencing the same glitch. Anyway, what I did to fix it was that I went into my projects page and went back into my messages.

That happens sometimes on my iPod, I get a couple of messages, delete them, go back a couple of pages and it still says 'You have 2 messages' but when I press it it doesn't show any.

You must have opened a new page in the Scratch Website as a new tab, and click delete, but it still appears on the other pages. This isn't a glitch. It just doesn't update because it's a new tab.

The cache is cleared by refreshing in some browsers.
