Yes you are - and congratulations. But if you want to continue to keep using the forums, it's really important that you follow the posting guidelines. We don't allow just any topic here - this section of the forums is for discussing things that your are reading or playing that you want to share with your fellow Scratchers.
Anything other than what's listed in the posting guidelines does not belong here. You can certainly make a Scratch project about it, if you want though
