Spam is advertising a project, an item, a website, or anything obsessively. Spam also extends to advertisements, so for example, this is spam:

www.scratch.mit---buy totally awesome sea shoes $9 Johny creator ugly sandals $90..- hello kitty bluer skinny ice-cream smooth chunky yummy tasty- raspberry lemon lime
