idea maker: makes ideas for projects, series, forums, and gallery can be impeached* by vote

script maker: if a scratcher with Pet Paw Productions needs help or is requested to make a script, they do it can be impeached* by leader with no vote

bug finder/fixer/tester: tests new projects, looks for problems and fixes them can be impeached* by leader or co-leader with no vote

music maker: makes music for projects, can be impeached* by leader and co-leader with no vote and idea maker with vote

trainer: trains new recruits about Pet Paw Productions and makes them ready to work for Pet Paw Productions, can be impeached* by leader, co-leader, and idea maker with no vote and script maker with vote

recruiter: tends to not make projects, more of finds scratchers to join and tells the trainer to train them, can be impeached* by leader, co-leader, idea maker, and script maker with no vote and bug finder/fixer/tester with vote

trained recruit: has been trained, but is still new to Pet Paw Productions, can be impeached* by anyone above them in rank according to the Authroity Scale

recruit: learns to help Pet Paw Productions by being trained (turns into trained recruit), takes tests to get ready, can be impeached* by anyone a higher rank than them with no vote other than trained recruits who need a vote

*impeached-to have done bad things and now can be taken off of Pet Paw Productions, who can do this is explained in each description

At any time if there is a space issue and some members need to be fired   , the Authority Scale will be looked at and lowest ranking scratchers will be removed.

Sorry curiouscrab, if I'm mean or something... But seriously, you have to stop being really strict. I've seen your comments, either it's in my project or someone else's.  The majority of your comments are... a bit rude. And stop being so picky. I'm not saying you're a bad person, but please change these things.


curiouscrab, I don't think we should impreach anyone, no one's going to be fired. I mean, come on bud. This is just a collab group. Not a real company! I mean if it is REALLY a company, no one's gonna be fired. No one has and no one will.

one thing i think dj3102 should be idea maker and curioscrab should be co_leader and i know your art mr pikachu but seriosly why are we thinking of changing things in pet paw productions when we are doing fine i mean im not saying its a bad idea to join another prodouctions it's just that we should only do it if we need to and we don't need to. everyone's doing just fine and i couldn't have any better workers than all of you just please don't fail me or pet paw prdouctions.we can do this together as long as we keep trying.

Well... I think you're right. But maybe I'll find another good worker soon, and this person is hardly online.
