That could be useful, but consider this: Some projects (like the example projects) use the technique where it shows the instructions then "hides" them (actually sets ghost effect to 100) when you start the project. Then when you stop it, it shows again.
If the graphic effects don't clear when you stop the project, it WON'T show the instructions.

So if there was an option to switch between clearing graphic effects when stopped and not clearing graphic effects, then I support.

That sounds pretty complicated.
