Once I get home in about a week, there will be some serious overhauls done on the site.
Mainly, the support ticket system will be improved, and the design will be changed.

If anyone has any suggestions for other site improvements, please post them here!

You can't use the name or any code we used but nothing stops you from using the idea.

Of course, don't plan on getting a wide audience. You can see how our site didn't really take off, so I strongly discourage the idea other than for educational purposes!
