Here are my ideas:

1). A castle siege game.

2). A platformer with a twist.

3). A random crossword puzzle generator.

4). A puzzle game like Where's My Water?

5). Angry Brids.

6). A x and y scrolling racing game.

7). This might require a lot of math, but a bridge building game.

Thanks for all of the ideas!  What do you mean by a bridge building game and a castle siege game?

About the siege game, it's just as it's name says. You are a warlord and you're trying to take over the country side by sieging castles. The money that you get from each siege can be used to get more equipment, troops, or upgrade skills.
