Yeah, it's a typo. I can't find where the code for that is so I can change it on my copy.

He's not an admin.
He's just using some kind of thing to enable him to check what it looks like. I'm pretty sure you'll just get errors if you try to do anything like feature projects, etc.

No, you can feature projects. If any are uploaded, of course.
