What's a good program for making things like instrumentals or music, but not an editor?
And it must be free.
And compatible with Windows 7.
By no editors, I mean no things like Audacity.

FL Studio definitely isn't free. I know you said it must be free but there's this one called Magix Music Maker or something which is around £20. It's really good and stuff

It's a MIDI compositor among others. It's not as good as Garageband, but it's for Windows and it's free.

I always worry about space.
Then I remember I still have over 500 GB of space left

Does anyone know what the instrument is called that sounds sort of like a fart?

That's an electric sound. Try a bass guitar, bass clarinet or similar instrument to try and simulate it.
