Okay, I have two ideas- No, three- No, wait- No, two.

IDEAS: 1. Being able to upload videos and clips to scratch
         2. Being able to cut sounds in scratch (Take them apart)

For the 2 idea, maybe a pause sound and a play 00:00 to 00:00. I like the video clips idea though.
