Here at the Scratch Newsroom. We will be making an animated newsroom. We will need quite a lot of actors, reporters, scripters, and A BUNCH of artists.

I didnt say it was connected in any way shape or form with the scratch chatter. Plus, WIngs hasnt disagreed... yet XD

Let me tell it to you straight, without any silliness: the idea is great; personally, I can't think of anything both relevant and amusing that could top what you've thought of. My problem is, I don't think we're capable of taking on a project this big. Yeah, I can animate a little, but quality animations take an enormous time to make, and even then they're less than ten second long. If you had something else in mind, please tell me, I'm completely open to suggestions. smile

I guess I over reacted abit too. Its just Ive had abunch of people on scratch who have always said my ideas or stupid. Or that my big accomplishments are the easiest thing to get. sad I just sometimes get upset and feel like no one cares... But all apologies excepted. I think I was thinking it would kind of be a still animation, where they dont move much, more like open mouth, close mouth, Move hand towards green screen. And kind of simple and the characters arent moving alot. big_smile

Mostly stuff like about Collabs and also popculture on scratch, and in real life. I think the first one should be about the TMC collab. ANd then something about a popular Scratcher. and then talk about popular bands, like how THe Walruses are tied with frozen coco big_smile

Im just trying to come up with ideas on what to do for the reports. Any ideas? So far Ive only gotten. TMC. How are they planning on remaking minecraft, and All4Ones topic on Guilty pleasures. Secrets WILL be revealed XD

Ya. As I said, Its more of a slow animation with very few pictured compared to a real one.

The first hour and a half was an uneventful snooze fest of that weird fashion and some forced-feeling dialogue. If I'm not entertained that far into the movie I give up.

Those 1 and a half hours were excruciating waiting in boredom to see if something more interesting would happen, the actual games were a letdown. If youve read the books or not should matter. If you have read the books, youd know that they're very detailed. So the movie should be the same. Plus the complex topic is so original, It takes a while to fully introduce. Im not saying its bad to not like it. We all have oppinions. I just havent heard some one say they havent liked it.

It's not really a complex topic. (Nor original, check out Battle Royale sometime, and the fact that one inspiration was a Greek myth)

It's "let's have an evil government that strikes fear into their hearts by throwing kids into a free-for-all." It takes freaking OVER HALF THE MOVIE TO INTRODUCE? And that half isn't even interesting in the least.

But what I liked least about the book (aside from a predictable plot) was that it didn't focus on the dystopia. It could have done so much with Panem but instead focused on the boring fight in the arena.
