Commercial usage rights

I have some videos of scratch on my youtube page and I got messages from youtube saying I can put ads on my videos. It says I can't put ads on a video if it has: "images, logos, software, video game footage, etc. Any other content you don't own worldwide commercial usage rights to."
Am I allowed to get ads on scratch videos? I'm guessing it doesn't really matter because there are tons of video game videos with ads that I doubt the creators got permission from the game company itself.

You can use images of Scratch to get you money! You can even sell Scratch projects.

Well, what type of ad is it? Is it an ad for someone to visit a Scratch user's page or project, or is it an ad for a commercial product? If it's an ad for a commercial product, I'd stay away from those since Scratch is a non-commercial website.

On a side note: Regarding the comment "I'm guessing it doesn't really matter because there are tons of video game videos with ads that I doubt the creators got permission from the game company itself." - actually, people pay people to run advertisement, so, in this case, the video game owner was payed a fair sum of money to include advertisements.

You're actually allowed to earn money through Scratch. If you somehow converted a project to a .swf you could upload it and sell it.
