K. Here's my idea.
Sept. 15 - Oct. 5: Auditions.
Oct. 5 - Oct. 10: Judges decide who makes it in.
Oct. 10 - Oct 31: Next submission time. Judges decide the top 20 - 100 (depending on the amount of competitors) at the end of this period.
I think we can decide the rest when we know how many Scratchers compete...

I think we're good on judges. 5 is plenty.
Our job as hosts is to run the competition. 
Also, every season, we should add a special theme or twist to keep the game more interesting.

Maybe near the end of this season, the remaining competitors could be randomly put into groups of 2, & the people in the best 2 collaborations go to the finale!

I think they should enter in these 3 ways:
1) Animate a scratch project.
2) Record themselves singing.
3) Enter a YouTube video of you doing your act.
