ITopic: Suggest more ITopics for Bugs and Glitches

We've recently implemented the ITopic system into the "Bugs and Glitches" forum. If you feel there's a topic which has the solution to a bug we haven't covered that you think should be, feel free to post a link here to put it up for consideration.

Just keep in mind that the more ITopics there are, the less likely people are to read them. So only suggest topics you think are *really* important.

How long have you been a moderator for?

About a year - but I don't see how that's relevant to this topic.  tongue

Re: ITopic: Suggest more ITopics for Bugs and Glitches

I haven't seen a topic for it, but I've seen a lot of people asking about the "Upload failed: Unknown reason" problem. Maybe there should be one?

I think there's already such a topic in the FAQ forum.

This is for the "Troubleshooting" forum - such an ITopic would go into All About Scratch, although we still have several BBCode topics there already, so I really see no need.

D'oh! I knew there had to be one somewhere, although that doesn't really address that problem specifically.

Hmph enjoy your fall - I get a lovely spring... without pans of new leaves.

You're quite right, but it addresses a similar problem, and answers the same questions that would be raised.

Ah, but they're some of the most useful topics in existence.  smile  My apologies for destroying your stickies, though. The funeral is next Saturday, should you wish to attend.

Re: ITopic: Suggest more ITopics for Bugs and Glitches

I am having a problem with the list blocks. I have a list of, say, three items. I want to replace the 2nd item, but when I use the replace block, I can only replace the 1st, last, or any item. There is no option to replace the 2nd item. Why is this?

Maybe... the Could not read project, file may be damaged. (key not found) error. I have seen threads about that. It happened to me, too.  hmm
