No, there is nothing else needed (i think?) for this issue except for scratch proxies report and writing. Just relax and wait for the next issue...

@Chongyian: People have their opinions, but The Scratch Chatter states the facts and opinions from both sides, and no names are to be mentioned (other than Trinary's).
ScratchRank is a popular website created by Trinary, where you vote for your favorite Scratcher every 6 hours. But it has changed from that concept to another: "Vote for yourself, whenever and wherever." How is that possible? Proxies.
Many people believe ScratchRank is now used by many people with proxies, which changes the IP adress of the user.
There was one person in particular who is mainly accused of using proxies. This user, wishing to remain unknown, went from 0 votes to 76 in under an hour. All the evidence pointed to the user using proxies, and s/he has been banned for it. This person was also removed from ScratchRank. S/he claimed that they didn't know of the 6-hour rule and believes the incident was a glitch. But others think it is more likely proxies.
The accused proxy-user made a forum thread for 'free votes on ScratchRank' also. It was later closed, after a couple of people asked for votes, although they were very suspicious.
But, there are more likely proxy users other than the one we have wrote about. Many people have gained lots of votes quickly, but we are not sure of the evidence or truth.
When ScratchRank originally started, it was designed to be a website where you vote for your favorite Scratchers. It went quickly to voting only for yourself.
I used your last line, wolvesstar, because it was a good ending. Can someone edit? >.<

Changed "s/he" to "they"
Added a line to the end
Changed wording of some sentences
Added .tk to the first mention of ScratchRank.

@chongyian -
I'm sorry if my report offended you in any way. All I was doing with the report was stating all facts and evidence that I could gather. I dont know if you did or didn't use proxies, I was just stating the general opinion on Scratch.
I wasnt trying to make you look "evil". I was just presenting facts I obtained from the thread.

Hey everybody, your RI specialist here. Winggames and I talked about this but we agreed that the Scratch Chatter is not taking anymore active members. Sorry. If you want reasons either ask me or wing personally on our projects!
Anyways....nice writing. I have some things for your progress reports so look forward to it!
Making optional logo/sig for you right now

i suggest we run a special edition to keep people from waiting while we process the next issue... it should be about things outside scratch, but still relavant... like internet addiction for the first issue... what do you think, wingsgames??

I know it sounds extreme to not take anymore members, but we have a ton already. If we keep getting more and more, it'll be very hard to stay organized.

What do you mean? Would it be one complement article as we're doing the paper, or would it be a different paper being made as we make the main paper? I do like the idea, though.

I like the idea. When the first issue is out, you can look at the columns to see what has been added.

Since the scratch chatter main paper will be out every two Sunday's, the special edition will be out on the sundays when there are no main paper releases...

So how big would it be?

Not very big, just one or two useful stories per issue will do... So that only a few members will be needed since our target is to keep scratchers captivated while still focusing on the main scratch paper...

Is there any art about the three-way scratch war?
