If you want to know if you've been whitelisted, try logging into the server. Skits owns the server, but nervesplitter hosts it, so Skits doesn't have access to the server console.

Also, about reconstruction of Torres, you can definitely help out if you wish. You may have to gain Rab's trust beforehand, but I'm sure you'll be fine.

Werd, I moved out of Konkodo. I'm making my own settlement, a lighthouse, where I live alone.

I'm still willing to help Konkodo in any way possible. Also, I need nether brick for my lighthouse [wink wink ;P]

Yeah, I know. But would you really go ahead and grief just for the reward? I wouldn't. Whoever offered you the money is the real conspirator, but you still played a big part by going along with it. Therefore, you and whoever offered the reward are the culprits.

You can not have non-PvP and PvP on the same map, human nature won't allow it. There was more teamwork than ever on the old DC which had factions, more impressive things were built and those who didn't want war weren't forced to, you could go far away from everyone else and nobody would find you and it was a paradise.

I think we can all agree that the best days of DC were the Factions ones, my best memories were skirmishing with SAFF and building big underground networks, wars were never won because people had willpower, you didn't put loads of effort into a base if you were at war. Towny doesn't offer this, Towny is security flaws built ontop of eachother, and if you keep reinforcing a crack sooner or later it will break free and become a huge hole, entire cities can be torn to the ground from a single person, hours of work can be lost just by using one command. Towny is not made for PvP the same way Factions is.

What are your thoughts on this? It'd obviously mean getting a new map, but the old one will go up for download and I might even be able to get Dynmap working. It'd also mean no Iconomy, because chestshop can already be used to safely store items. But we'll go back to the normal DC, just without the 10 second lag and buggy plugins.
