does scratch really need more forums? if so we don't need 50

They're not scratch forums if they're not on the scratch site. They're just your forums.

Well I tried to join your forums and it had like 3 paragraphs of rules, the code you have to put in wouldn't show up, and it wanted my e-mail and it said it was not responsible for hacks! Doesn't sound that secure!

Hmm... You still have to enter your e-mail, it's a phpBB3-specific thing that I cannot change, but I increased the security level. You think the verification image doesn't work? I don't like it too, and I'm looking for reCAPTHA implementation for phpBB3. The rules have to be there.
