You can launch minecraft with a terminal/cmd prompt command to specify amount of RAM to start off with.
I tried that but it didnt work (Switched to the directory with minecraft.exe then did start minecraft.exe /high)
That error made me create an auto login:
cd (Directory minecraft.exe is in) start minecraft.exe (Your username) (Your password)
Save it as "anynameyouwant.bat" and open it. NOTE: I only tested it in Windows 7.
Example:
cd C:\Users\laptop97\Desktop\ start minecraft.exe grasslander32 applesauce321

I've been manually digging a ravine for the past 15 minecraft days. Legit, on hardcore. Pics:
From top edge:
Halfway down the ladder:
Looking at front of soon-to-be house (bottom of ravine):
Another shot at the bottom of it:
Looking up:
I'm making this go to bedrock. Yay having nothing to do!
I can't wait to farm carrots and stuff. I have 1.2.5 MC, though. I STILL need to buy it.

What if there were baby versions of all the aggressive mobs?
Baby creepers
They explode, but don't die, jump two blocks high, and make 1/2 a TNT blast radius, about 5 blocks destroyed.
Yep, we're dead.
That's my idea of baby creepers.

someone REALLY screwed up that page.
Gregs? can be only found in the Sky realm temple?, and can be spawned with mods, hacks, or Monster Spawners.
a screwed up quote from the wiki

Baby ghasts and all my dreams will have come true. :'D
About the size of a block, excluding the tentacles. They are, of course, 50% faster. Their rate of fire is also 50% faster! However, their fireballs only set things ablaze.
I DID get the new snapshot working. I'm kinda new to the snapshot thing, so I'm pretty upset my world got deleted. >:U
Now, has anyone experienced "The Wither"? Tell me about it!

I thought it didn't spawn naturally.

You can use mods or hacks to spawn it.

Castle update. :3
Current rooms:
2/4 towers with 3 layers
Courtyard
Kitchen
Great Hall
Servants' Sleeping Quarters
Cooks' Sleeping Quarters
Guards' Sleeping Quarters
Storage Rooms
Dungeons
2 Guard Rooms
Small Chapel
I think that's all.
I plan to add:
Library
Kings' Bedroom
Other royals' bedrooms
Meeting Room
The other two towersJust so you know Werd, castles aren't walls. It's mostly towers.
Actually, castles are usually a long wall, surrounding a collection of buildings, often with very small towers at the corners. And I'm basing this partly off a real life castle nearby, so I'm pretty sure I know what they're like.
I don't know, maybe I was thinking of a palace.

Regarding the topic of the new snapshot, the 2 best things are probably carrots and cobblestone walls!

Some of them. Not skeletons or zombies. And if you tame them when they're little, they can grow up and still be allied with you! Maybe you'd need a new item to do it.
Some kind of amulet, maybe?
S=String
G=Glass
SGS
G G
G
You click while holding it and a GUI comes up. It has just one slot, and inserting an item into this slot will make the item appear inside the glass case of the amulet. Then, click on a baby mob a few times and... VOILLA! It's yours.
BUT WAIT! Only certain items will tame certain mobs! For Endermen? An Ender Pearl. Blazes? A Blaze Rod, of course! Creepers will take gunpowder any day. Spiders? A cobweb! (No, not spider eyes. EWWW.)
Also, I heard that by using the splash potion of invisibility on a spider, the eyes still glow faint red. I'm gonna create a boss fight with this.
