What happens? Does a mod get a scratch notification? An email?
How long does it take for the report to get sent in?
Does every mod get it, or just one who is currently on line?
And lastly, do the mods get to see who reported it?

When there are unread reports, a link at the top of the forum says "There are new reports".
It takes a second for it to get sent in, but then a mod has to log in to the forums to see it.
Every mod can see the reports alert at the top and anyone can go check it out. Then they will be asked to "zap" it, which means mark it as read so that the link doesn't appear to everyone else.
The mods see, along with the text you send in the report, the post, thread, and forum it's coming from, and who reported it, and when.

Yep, they can see who reported it, which post it was reported on, as well as which topic post. After they act on the report, they zap it, and it goes on the 10 recent zapped posts list so that other mods can make sure that they were handled with properly.

Have you been spying on us? xD That's exactly the procedure.
