Two (2) questions
I have more questions that I really do not know how to answer.
1. When I go to my profile in the forums and subscribe to email digests, no emails are being sent to me. What are email digests anyways?
2. What are email forms?!?

im pretty sure you only get digests on Sunday because thats what it says. But Ive never used digests
for 2 where are these "email forms" located/mentioned? Ive never heard of them before

Forums then Profile then Privacy is the form email.
Forums then Profile then Email Digests is email digest. I am not getting any email digests I subscribed to the Suggestions and I should get it every day.
The Scratch Team (and fellow scratchers!) is/are so nice!!!

I dont know what form email is.
But like I said you only get digests on Sunday. Not every day.

Digests are turned off by the Scratch Team.

According to the page if you have form e-mail on people can e-mail you through the forums, although I've never heard of that happening.
