I like a lot of music (mostly hard rock, heavy metal, etc.) so...
I'll answer this completely differently:
The best singer I've heard is Sade.
Her voice is mellifluous.

My favorite band is One Republic 
Although the singer from that group did some solo songs and has an amazing voice, I dislike the mainstream contexts of most of them. They're too much like everything else I hear on the radio, so I highly prefer the songs he does with One Republic.

Dubstep isn't a band, and even if it were a band, you should be saying that your favorite singer is X from the band X, not the band itself.
