I suggest that the ability to disable comments during upload be added. This would prevent people from commenting as soon as the project hits the Newest Projects section for those projects that are being uploaded solely for online test and debug and which will be quickly deleted. When the project is deleted, the comment is lost and may not have been read yet by the author.

If this capability already exists, please tell me how to do it.
