comment & project upload ban

when youre ip banned the scratch website does not let you in, at all. i think itd be a good idea if you could still view projects but not upload them or comment on them

if you don't have an account you can't write comments or upload projects, anyway neat idea but that could lead banned users hacking accounts to stay on the site.

...Which would lead to people either using proxies, or going to their friends house (or library, etc) to make and use another account.

Anyway, support. It would be useful for people whose only offense is upload inappropriate projects or post mean comments.

Which would promptly be deleted (unless they are hidden, but in FF, I think there's a way to find them).
Sorry, it's just that I like to find ways to get around things.
