A computer spec is a bit of information about your computer. If people ask for your computer specs, they are asking for information about your computer, such as your OS and processor. For example, here are mine:
Windows 7 Home Basic 64-bit
Intel Core i5 CPU M 480 @ 2.67GHz
In this case, they want speaker information too. Who makes it? What model? Do other sounds work? What version of Scratch do you have?
BTW, I'm 12.
