Scrolling Background

To the Moon!

I would like to find out how to make the background scroll, I know HOW but I would just like to find out how to do it without the background leaving a blank part of sky.

Can you tell me how to get the city to scroll?

It's good, but it needs some coins in the air, as well as oil.
Anyway, why do you want the city to scroll

Just make a background the sky, then then have sprites that scroll on top of the background.
