Forum Comercial Spamming?

So, a user has been commercially spamming on the forums now. They've posted 4 topics all telling people to go to their site...

I think I found a bot (Or perhaps just a spammer). It had a name not suited to the forum, and it was about touch-screens. Link Here This is the closest topic that I could see.
