is this a glitch or something....
When i try to get on scratch couple hours ago, it says they have a maintenance and it says we are working on scratch. but why the buttons are changed and the layout almostly. is this means updating scratch?

Something similar happens regularly to many different users. Look around in Bugs and Gliches.
Who would win, SOPA or PIPA?
