I saw this topic (If your too lazy to click the link, it's about pet rocks.) and I felt like making a new topic where you could discuss your pet and not just pet rocks, but when I looked at the guidelines for posting a new topic, I found this:

well you could report the topic and write that you want it to be closed because its a duplicate, but since the discussion on your topic seems to be substantial id say just keep going and let the mods do whatever they want
