I suspect a scam. Maybe the owner made multiple accounts and loved his own projects.
(I also know the owner of that project to be a spammer)

If they did that, then the project would have more views than love-its. Each account can only love a project once and each account can only have one view per project, so I suspect that this is a glitch with the scratch website.

Actually, using a link, you can love a project without viewing it. That project might have been a test of this. I think it's [project URL]/loveit

They are. But that's a lot of alts...

It could also be a school. Sometimes teachers show off projects in the classroom and a bunch of students love the project, or someone showed the project off to his classmates. I guess some digging would have to be done to determine if this oddball stats are due to a glitch/loophole or not.
