Go for it!!! One of the things I find frustrating is that some mangas have a great plot, but it's hard to understand because you can't tell which character is talking... *coughcoughclovercoughcough*Well, I am American, so it probably won't be considered real manga.
One is a dystopian cyberpunk about a group of outcasts battling a one world government in 22nd century Earth.
Another is fantasy and is set in the ninth century Arabia. It is about an evil sorcerer who wants to find a legendary ring to bring him power.
The last idea is also fantasy, but I do not actually know the story for it.Why do so many people think that it has to be written by someone Japanese to be a manga?!
I personally like both the ideas but am learning toward the the first because, in my mind, it's more creative, and I think that being unique is a good element of manga. After all, just take a look at the anime mentioned in my signature. XD
Do not get me wrong, I like the first one better too, but I think a dystopian story is cliched, so I am looking for ways to make it interesting and different.

Yeah, you have a good point there... I think that is you don't rush and if you think it over you'll find a way to make it different. After all, most mahou shojou (magical girl) anime and manga is pretty much the same, save Madoka Magica; I think they had a beautiful tragic twist on the mahou shojou genre there... (Or maybe I just like praising my some of my favorite animes, lol)

First thing: HETALIA 5TH SEASON CONFIRMED YAAAAAAAAAAAY
Second thing: I had an idea for a manga too. It's about a boy who becomes a cyborg and he tries to protect his town. But he fails. And when he fails, he has to try to save his friends. I'm still working on a good plot.
Another idea I have is personifications of time. The main character will be the present and he tries to prevent his brother, the future, to take his spot. I'm still tossing around the plot.
A third idea is the a boy will save another boy from drowing. It turns out that to boy who almost drown is a magical catboy would claims to be the other boy's servent and won't leave him alone. It's a parody of the insane yaoi fandom.

Lawl has anyone seen Oishi High School Battle?
It's making fun of shojo anime and it's hilarious.
I've always wanted to make a Shugo Chara parody like PONY.MOV.
I've got some ideas for anime, and a idea for a Shugo Chara spinoff.

I was thinking of blendibg technology with superstition in the dystopia manga. The people rely on technology but there are things in it that defies the lawe of science. Plz pardon my spelling errors, i am using a tablet media so it is hard to type.

I think that's a good twist, as long as you blend it in so it doesn't seem too random.

Shugo Chara spin-off idea:
Ryan April is a boy who was born in San Francisco, but soon moved to Escondido, California. When he was 8, he had to move to Japan with his parents, leaving Amy, his older sister, to stay with her grandma in San Jose. Ryan moves to where the first anime took place, and goes to the academy, and gets 2 guardian characters and gets in the guardians. But he learns something: he's extremely special and makes a relationship and learns he's a chick magnet. But when Ryan leaves at age eleven to go back to Escondido.
There's more that I'm posting later. What do you think?

My sister watched a few episodes and said it was weird. But that isn't the wierdest anime out there

Another shweet idea for a anime:
Meet Seth Johnson, a normal 5th grader who lives in Death Bells, Michigan. This town is known for supernatrual activity, and one day in 5th grade at his middle school, he is taken to under the whole town, where he finds a orginazation that stops the loads of demons living in the town. Seth has to defend himself, and slay the demons while keeping townsfolk safe in the dangerous little town, near Lake Huron.
What do you think? It's called Seth Johnson: Demon Hunter.
Genre: Action/Magical Boy/Mystery
