Yeah, BertDog's doing it. Sorry.
PS: BertDog: How're the notes coming?

It's not awesome, but I spent thirty minutes on it. An hour and a half shorter than what I usually do if it has quality...
Hey, can someone get pics of Blu_Spy's and King Fanta's characters? I'll use that.

Umm... I get the info, because I am the reporter. Then you use that to write an article.
So which collab will we be focusing on?
Ok, after you get the report, just somehow send it to me. I will write it for you.
As for the collabs, ou can either start an inteview topic like winggames or just browse through the collabs on the first page

My Scratch 2.0 article.
Scratch 2.0
The Inside Story
Nearly all scratchers have heard of Scratch 2.0, but what do they know about it. This article will attempt to broaden your knowledge of Scratch 2.0 by giving you the latest information about it.
Scratch 2.0 will come out in early autumn. It will only be available in Abode Flash. It will have many new blocks. These are:
• Clone, this stamps a sprite which can then be independent and have scripts itself.
• Show/hide lists using the show/hide variable blocks.
• Video motion sensing blocks.
• Scenes as well as backgrounds to make stories easier to create.
• Warp speed executes one script in turbo mode.
• Cloud Variables are variables that are the same for all scratchers.
There will be a BYOB (Build Your Own Block) feature as well. Sadly this is limited.
For an in-detph description of blocks go to http://info.scratch.mit.edu/prototype
The website will be completely changed as well.
• The homepage will be changed
• You will be able to subscribe to other people’s projects.
• The friends system will be scrapped.
• Forum posts will not be transferred.
• Project Credits are better ways to credit users.
• Possibly a customisable homepage.
There are many features in the Scratch interface that will be changed.
• There will be a web browser version as well as a downloadable version.
• The play screen will be on the left rather than the right.
• The logo will be changed slightly and the Scratch Cat wil be chubbier.
• Sprites will appear bigger under the play screen.
• There will be a sound editor.
• The ability to collect media from other peoples projects and store them in a “digital backpack” for later use in your projects.
• You may be able to receive information from websites such as twitter for use in your projects.
• Possibly some new features to make it easier to collaborate.
• Possibly a new media centre to make more media available in projects.
• Possibly a way to view projects on tablets.
Many new features on top of these may come. Some of the listed features are subject to change before release.

@JH1010: Awesome! I sorta don't want 1.4 to leave, even if I did just join a few months ago. I will miss this design, and the Scratch interface too (I want ze previews on ze right!). P.S. Scrach Cat is chubbier in 2.0.
@Chongyian: Okay! I'll interview about three collabs, and if you want more, you can tell me. If you're in a collaboration that I'm interviewing, Scratch Chatter Team, please don't answer.

Hey this looks awesome! Let me know if I can help. I might not be able to monitor this thread closely though, but don't hesitate to ask me a question here, and then post a link to the post in a comment on one of my projects.
By the way, here's a great article that shows how the new 2.0 blocks work:

@Humhumgames - I think I can answer a few of those:
1: The Bit Company (formerly The Pixel Company)
2: According to the first post, we were created on 5/23/12, but you might want to check that with ftf.
4: We have finished (or at least released) Bit OS
9: You can find some in the first post or on our site.
10: Here is our site.

I'm done with my writing for this. Is this okay?
The Scratch Chatter>> Recent Collabs>> Eternity Incurakai
Introduced to the Scratch Collaborations on 1st November 2011, Eternity Incurakai is designed to bring Scratch users tutorials, games, artwork, music, applications and much more!
Throughout their history in Scratch, they have already successfully made applications like art projects and tutorials out of the Scratch topic. Some examples are How To Enable Mesh, How to Make Google Chrome Applications, and Eternity Art!
The one thing that is so special about Eternity Incurakai is that with about 50,000 views and 100+ pages, it is one of the longest successful collaborations in the history of Scratch. They also take interest in many things other than Scratch and are most of the time, if not always, completely organised in structure.
The name of Eternity Incurakai was originated from XenoK, which just went into him one day. Its goal is Revolutionizing Entertainment
"The best thing about being in a collaboration is that you get to work with many different people with different perspectives" says XenoK, the founder and CEO of Eternity Incurakai. However, he said that they sometimes might disagree with someone else's opinions, and that could turn into a catastrophe
Below is the logo of Eternity Incurakai, for advertising and other uses.

Heya, guys. My internet was down, long story. I got the Ask Scratchy banner done, but it seems like HumHum has already made one. I guess we can use this one whenever HumHum isn't answering questions or anything.
