Is it just me, or do projects get featured every 2 days, changed from the previous 3?
Or is it still 3?
Or was it never 3?
Or is it random as the ST finds projects?

Rule five on the list of things that make projects ineligible for featuring makes those two projects ineligible for featuring. Although, they are GREAT projects, and I like you're taste.

Are you talking about the love-its, because there's only a few on Borrego's, less than ten. But it was shared less than a week ago, so...
Berberberber's has already exceeded 10 love-its already, sadly.

actually my BETA got about 5 love-its, plus the 7 from the complete version, so... still that was just a BETA so hopefully they'll still accept the full one. I'm sure most featured projects in the past have had BETA versions before

All of the above 
We aim for every 2 days but sometimes circumstances require some flexibility.

HI I have a brilliant idea for a project that could be featured! Cyber Ninja by andymcgamer because its so fun and addictive plus its also awesome in scratch (online)

I think this project called Tilt http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/tacky365/2572574 should be featued because it shows use of scratch to create a game that is actually quite simple but is really fun and enjoyable.

I don't like rule number 1 in sect. 2. It's unfair, I need lots of help from everyone in the scratch community in one of my projects called BitCrusher, And because I do not have sufficient people looking at my projects, it will never be finished in time before winter comes. I think this is unfair and I want it to be changed. Please change this as soon as possible.
