minecraft skins topic
i wanted to make a minecraft skins topic wherein you could submit skins to be listed in alphabetical order on the first page of posts or browse through the skins listed. however, a topic for discussing custom skins already exists. my topic would be differently structured than the other and have a much different aim, would i be allowed to make it?
