That's part of an in-joke. I use it ALOT. I always say I have a mental sickness. The kind that makes me do weird things. Such as.
Flailing my arms around in the air screaming IT'S RAINING WAFFLES.

anyway, to further emphasize my first post in this thread, just about every kids show, if not every show regardless, has disturbing moments or aspects
