Oh! I know you, and you can be a cat if you'd like called Red, would you also like to be a red cat as well? And i'll also need the extra art help so can you start of with like a couple of backgrounds (3 city scenes)

It is an .mp3, I saved it as .mp3 instead of .wav and I used Aviary only because it has a better selection of beats and it's not complicated.
