Thanks to funelephant, we now have a mockup. The (see more) would be right next to the date, though. Thanks funelephant!



This will make it clearer when it was shared, when it was last changed, and how many times it has been changed.

This is more for older projects that have many updates (such as M44's projects), and will make it easier to determine a project's age.

We could also keep what we have now, but make a (see details) button to see exactly when it was posted.
