Grey buttons

On this project, the buttons below a comment (that's reply, view all replies, and [x]) all appear grey, not blue.

Does anyone else see this?

I tried on Internet Explorer 8 and they were normal. It's Google Chrome.

I think it happens when you type # after the URL of your own project.

I am aware of that. But it happens with that project even if I don't.

If you put a hash tag at the end of the URL, it doesn't change back to blue buttons if you take the hash tag away  hmm
