I don't think this would work. If you put a "Not For Everyone" button on certain projects, EVERYONE will (try to) click on it. Also, there are far too many projects uploaded every day, so the Scratch Team would have to trust the Scratch community to be honest and point aggresively themed projects out.
I'm not saying I don't agree with this idea, but I think it would make Scratch projects too violent and users would endlessly click the "Flag As Inappropriate" button.

Sorry, I worded that wrong. I meant to say "If you put a "Not For Everyone" button on Scratch, everyone would be tempted to play the project."
