Scratch means, to me, an endless wave of opportunity to do whatever I want to do as well as a lot of fun with games and the scratch community in general.

scratch (verb)
1. To rub a surface with a sharp object, especially by a living creature to remove itching with nails, claws, etc.
2. To rub the skin with rough material causing a sensation of irritation.
3. To mark a surface with a sharp object, thereby leaving a scratch (noun).
4. To remove, ignore or delete.
5. (music) To produce a distinctive sound on a turntable by moving a vinyl record back and forth while manipulating the crossfade.
6. (billiards) To commit a foul in pool, as where the cue ball is put into a pocket or jumps off the table.

scratch (noun)
1. (countable) A disruption, mark or shallow cut on a surface made by scratching.
2. An act of scratching the skin to alleviate an itch or irritation.
3. (sports) A starting line (originally and simply, a line scratched in the ground).
4. (billiards) A foul in pool, as where the cue ball is put into a pocket or jumps off the table.
5. (slang) Money.

scratch isnt the most amazing thing, ive seen things made in java and flash and stuff that were much better
i dont think just anyone can be famous here :P
yes, i do believe that scratch is a good place to start

it all depends on the context for me
in pokemon scratch is, of course, claws on flesh

and veggieman you are very clever

The thing that set me off on an ambition to become a computer programmer as a career.

The thing that takes up most of my free time.

A lot simpler than python.

Yes, I am actually interested in why people say facebook as if it's some kind of insult... I don't see what's wrong with it becoming like facebook, and I don't even know how it's becoming like facebook...
