You don't have to give anyone credit unless you use the import trick(covered in the next paragraph) as the system automatically makes it "A remix of ____'s project", with the a link to the original project.
Now, the import trick, the one I promised you. What you do is you import all the scripts, sprites, sounds and so on into a blank project. Now you won't have that pesky "A remix of ____'s project" on your remix. However, it will be relabled to "pirated project" and an even peskier banhammer will hang over your head(unless you give credit, usually in the project notes).

To remix a project is not a easy task according to me. If you want to remix firstly you have the right tools for that like remix music or domo particular music.
